Bill Saylor, Scoutmaster
Jim Norman, Assistant Scoutmaster Jim is an Eagle Scout from Troop 43. He received the 2010 Chippewa District Tribal Award. Jim is a member of the Order of the Arrow.

Bill is our Scoutmaster. He joins us along with his two sons and is a great addition to our troop. Bill already has been a great asset to the troop in different capacities.
Papa Bear is Three Fires Council Quatermaster and has received the Silver Beaver and District award Merit.. His son is an Eagle Scout of Troop 43. He has earned his Woodbadge beads and served on staff for two Woodbadge trainings. Chuck has over 35 years in Scouting. He has Earned his Doctorate and Fellows at the Lord Baden Powell University
Kitty Molenda is on Chippewa District's Scout Roundtable staff. She also supports the Chippewa District Committee with great ideas and is always looking for ways to grow the Boy Scout program. Kitty is also a Brotherhood member in the Order of the Arrow. She has also earned her Woodbadge beads and has served on staff for Woodbadge. Kitty also has over 35 years in Scouting
Grace "Queen " Rapach - Grace is on Chippewa District's Scout Roundtable staff. Grace is a Brotherhood member in the Order of the Arrow and has received her Woodbadge beads. In her spare time she has gone on to receive her Commissioners Arrowhead award and takes on the role as Troop 43's secretary. Grace also has a vast collection of Queen's Crowns from all over the world. If you know Grace she is always looking for someone to polish those crowns. Grace also has over 35 years in scouting
